Scholarship: My passion for lifelong learning and higher education build a solid basis for adding knowledge to the organization that I work for. I focus my endeavors on creating stakeholder value by offering my academic knowledge organizational members in an open and unrestrained way.
Practice: More than 30 years experience in technical, sales, and financial management positions enabled extraordinary performance records in small, medium sized and large companies.
Leadership: Embracing a transformational leadership style guiding staff toward a higher level of performance than presumed manageable. As a servant leader, displaying inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation inspires constituents to add value to the organization. A leader’s words have to match beliefs and actions. Developing and adopting elements of successful leadership behavior like referent and expert power, belief in others, critical and creative thinking skills and capabilities, and emotional intelligence lead to commitment from followers, thereby, achieving strategically planned organizational goals and objectives. By valuing change over constancy and empowerment over control a leader can credibly demonstrate leadership skills and competencies.
